La médecine interne est, par essence, la spécialité de la vision globale : celle qui relie les symptômes entre eux, qui pense le patient dans son ensemble plutôt qu'organe par organe. C'est cette philosophie qui guide ma pratique depuis plus de trente-cinq ans.Internal medicine is, by its very nature, the specialty of the big picture: connecting symptoms, thinking of the patient as a whole rather than organ by organ. This philosophy has guided my practice for over thirty-five years.
Formé à la médecine interne à l'Université de Rouen, puis à la médecine intensive-réanimation au sein de l'AP-HP (hôpitaux Raymond-Poincaré et Louis Mourier), j'ai exercé dans les CHU et centres hospitaliers français et suisses, des urgences à la réanimation, de la gériatrie aiguë aux soins de réadaptation.Trained in internal medicine at the University of Rouen, then in intensive care medicine within the Paris University Hospitals (AP-HP — Raymond-Poincaré and Louis Mourier hospitals), I have practised in French and Swiss university and general hospitals — from the emergency department to the ICU, from acute geriatrics to rehabilitation medicine.
Aujourd'hui, je mets cette expérience au service d'une médecine accessible : consultations de médecine polyvalente, missions hospitalières, et téléconsultations en français comme en anglais, en France et à l'international.Today, I put this experience at the service of accessible medicine: general adult consultations, hospital assignments, and telemedicine in French and English, in France and internationally.
